TR Pharm
İlaç sektöründe faaliyet gösteren TR Pharm, proje yönetimi uygulamasından yönetilen İş Geliştirme “Business Development” sürecini Jedox sistemi ile günlük olarak takip etmeye başlamış ve ruhsat aşamasına gelene kadar olan tüm ilaçların zamana bağlı süreci izlenebilir olmuştur. İş geliştirme sürecindeki projelerin zaman akışındaki değişimlerini gösteren çeşitli dashboard raporları yapılmıştır. Satışı gerçekleşen ilaçların ve Business Development’ta olup stratejik plana dahil edilecek tüm ilaçların ise stratejik planda “P&L” raporu hazırlanmıştır. Stratejik plan çalışmasında ilaçların “COGS”, “OPEX” ve “Feasability” raporları da Jedox üzerinde hazırlanmıştır.
Sodexo
In this project we have done performed with Sodexo Dubai, a structure has been created in which the accounting data of more than 30 countries can be collected on Jedox and financial reports such as “Profit/Loss”, “Balance Sheet” as well as the profitability of each country’s projects, namely operations, can be followed both on a country and consolidated basis.
CSM Bakery
In CSM, whose IT Management is made performed by us, many projects such as warehouse management, instant tracking of production expenses, order and payment collection collection from the field, customer relations management, as well as daily management and support services for installed softwares continue to be provided.
CNR Expo
Thanks to Jedox, the profitability of the fairs organized by the CNR Expo company, which operates in the fair sector and includes more than ten companies, could be measured. Ayrıca farklı kaynaklardan alınan fiili verilerin de Jedox aracılığı ile birleştirilerek raporlanması sağlanmıştır. Böylece hem bütçe hem de fiili veriler ortak bir platformda tutularak oluşturulabilecek en uygun planlama ve raporlama ortamı hazırlanmıştır.
